Lot 276.  Sept. 6, 1971 SI Issue with a Cover Autograph of Jackie Stewart, “the World’s Best Driver.” Ex-m copy with a sharpie 10 autograph. Stewart won Formula One world championships in 1971 and 1973. Authenticated by Kevin Keating. Winning Bid $20.

Lot 277.  Autograph of Jackie Stewart, SI’s 1973 “Sportsman and the Year.” In sharpie, Stewart signed the cover of the Dec. 24 issue. Stewart had just won his second Formula One championship in two seasons. Sharpie 10 autograph on a nm copy. Authenticated by Kevin Keating. Winning Bid $20.

Lot 278.  SI Issue for June 3, 1974 Signed by Indianapolis 500 Winner Johnny Rutherford. Ex-m+ copy with a sharpie 10 autograph. Rutherford won at Indy two more times, in 1976 and 1980. He was inducted into the Motorsports Hall of Fame in 1996. Authenticated by Kevin Keating. Minimum Bid $20.

Lot 280.  Signed June 2, 1980 SI Issue Marking Johnny Rutherford’s Third Indy Triumph. Rutherford won the Indianapolis 500 also in 1974 and 1976. His signature is a bold sharpie 10 on a nm copy. Authenticated by Kevin Keating. Winning Bid $20.

Lot 281.  June 6, 2005 SI Signed by Indy Driver Danica (Patrick). Bold 10 autograph on a nm-m issue without a label. In 2005, Patrick became the fourth woman to drive in the Indianapolis 500, and she finished in fourth place, the highest spot among the four women. She won 2005 Indy Racing League Rookie of the Year honors. Authenticated by Kevin Keating. Winning Bid $45.
